Kingfogl Construction Company is a family owned and operated business serving the Metropolitan Milwaukee area since 1948. Over the course of the last five years, Kingfogl has been averaging eleven custom built homes per year. Most of the homes range from 3,600 to 8,000 square feet. Kingfogl takes pride in delivering a positive building experience for their customers. Kingfogl Construction Company was founded by Carl T. Kingfogl in 1948. Carl and his wife, Betty, worked for many years to provide the Milwaukee and Waukesha County area with a reputable and ethical builder committed to fairness and quality. Carl and Betty both graduated from Marquette University Law School. Betty is featured as a Pioneer of Law on the State of Wisconsin's website. Carl and Betty's daughter, Mary Beth Doyle has been working for the company for over thirty years. Mary Beth is responsible for coordinating the home building process from start to finish. She is a licensed real estate broker in the State of Wisconsin. Mary Beth received a degree in Business Administration from Marquette University. Mary Beth's son, Jay Doyle has been working for Kingfogl in varying capacities since 1983. Jay's responsibilities have included expediting the entire building process, many for the most particular customers. He also is involved in designing custom homes according to the customers' specifications, estimating projects and coordinating the many subcontractors involved in the building process. Jay enjoys the challenge of helping customers remain within their budgets while preserving quality and the unique characteristics of each custom home. Jay is also a licensed real estate broker and received a degree in Communications with a minor in Business Administration from Marquette University. Mary Beth's other son, Dan Doyle has been working for Kingfogl since 1985. Currently, Dan is responsible for coordinating subcontractors on the job sites and ensuring that they have all necessary materials to complete their respective jobs in a timely fashion. Dan is also responsible for quality control, on-site clean-up and final preparations as the house reaches completion. If there is a problem with a home under construction, Dan will either repair the problem himself or coordinate a subcontractor to make necessary repairs in a timely manner and to the customer's satisfaction. Dan received a degree in Political Science from Marquette University. One of the most important aspects of the custom home business is contracting the best tradesmen possible to complete the project in the proper amount of time. The majority of Kingfogl's subcontractors have been working with the company for over 25 years. These long-standing relationships ensure quality and dedication of the subcontractors to each custom home. There will always be other home builders who build for less, and many who build for more. Kingfogl continues to reinforce its commitment to quality, timeliness and cost; the very same principles that Carl used when he built his first home sixty years ago. |
