Since 1948, Kingfogl Construction has designed and built luxury custom homes throughout Southeastern Wisconsin. What began with Carl and Elizabeth Kingfogl—both Marquette Law graduates who believed a handshake still meant something—has grown into one of the region’s most respected family-owned builders. Three generations later, that foundation hasn’t changed.

At Kingfogl, you won’t be handed off between departments or left chasing down project managers. Jay Doyle, with more than 40 years in custom home building, leads our design/build division and serves as your single point of contact from the first conversation through the final walkthrough.

His brother Terry manages operations and design, bringing more than 20 years of experience and an architectural drafting background to every project. Jay’s son Michael—our fourth generation—oversees daily operations and quality control, ensuring the Kingfogl standard continues.

Owner Mary Beth Doyle, Carl and Elizabeth’s daughter, guides the company with the same values her parents instilled: integrity, craftsmanship, and genuine care for every client.
