Since 1948, Kingfogl Construction has designed and built exceptional custom homes throughout Southeastern Wisconsin. Founded by Carl and Elizabeth Kingfogl, both graduates of Marquette Law School, the company was established on a simple set of principles: keep your word, stand behind your work, and treat every client with respect.

At Kingfogl, you work directly with the family responsible for building your home. Rather than being passed between departments, you have a consistent point of contact throughout the process. Jay Doyle personally guides each project from initial design through construction and completion, supported by our family’s hands-on involvement every step of the way.
Jay Doyle

Terry Doyle
Operations & DesignJay’s brother. Terry brings more than 20 years of construction experience and an architectural drafting background to each project.
Michael Doyle
Daily Operations & Quality ControlJay’s son and the fourth generation of the family business. Michael oversees daily operations and quality control on every home.
Mary Beth Doyle
OwnerDaughter of founders Carl and Elizabeth Kingfogl. Mary Beth continues to guide the company with the values it was founded on: integrity, craftsmanship, accountability and genuine care for every client.
What We Build
Kingfogl Construction specializes in luxury custom homes and lake residences ranging from approximately 4,000 to more than 11,000 square feet on the main and upper levels, most with additional finished lower-level living space, throughout Southeastern Wisconsin, including the Milwaukee metropolitan area, Waukesha County, and surrounding communities.
Every home we build is thoughtfully designed around our clients, their property, and the way they want to live. We combine timeless craftsmanship, thoughtful architectural design, and modern construction practices to create distinctive homes built to last for generations.

Most Kingfogl homes take 18 to 24 months from first conversation to move-in, depending on size and complexity.
