Since 1948, Kingfogl Construction has designed and built exceptional custom homes throughout Southeastern Wisconsin. Founded by Carl and Elizabeth Kingfogl, both graduates of Marquette Law School, the company was built on a simple belief: do what you say you are going to do, stand behind your work, and treat every client with respect. More than three generations later, those principles still define Kingfogl Construction.

At Kingfogl, you are not passed from department to department or left wondering who is responsible for your project. Jay Doyle, with more than 40 years of custom-home building experience, leads our design/build division and serves as your primary point of contact from the first conversation through the final walkthrough.
His brother, Terry Doyle, manages operations and design, bringing more than 20 years of construction experience and an architectural drafting background to each project.
Jay's son, Michael Doyle, represents the fourth generation of the family business and oversees daily operations and quality control, helping ensure that every home reflects the standards Kingfogl has maintained for generations.
Owner Mary Beth Doyle, daughter of Carl and Elizabeth Kingfogl, continues to guide the company with the values on which it was founded: integrity, craftsmanship, accountability, and genuine care for every client.
What We Build
Kingfogl Construction specializes in luxury custom residences and lake homes ranging from approximately 3,000 to more than 20,000 square feet throughout Metro Milwaukee, Waukesha County, and the surrounding region.
Every Kingfogl home is individually designed around the client, the property, and the way they want to live. We combine timeless craftsmanship, thoughtful architectural design, and modern building practices to create homes that are distinctive, enduring, and built for generations.
