Building a custom home is a big decision, and it helps to know what happens when. Here is how a Kingfogl home comes together, from the first conversation to the final details. Kingfogl is a family-owned design/build company, building custom homes across southeastern Wisconsin since 1948.

1. Getting Started

We start with how you want to live: the rooms you use every day, how you entertain, and what you want your home to feel like. No lot yet? We will help you find and evaluate one before you buy, so you know what a property will allow before you commit.

2. Design

We design your home around your lifestyle, your lot and your budget. You will see the plans take shape and can make changes along the way until the layout and exterior feel right.

3. Estimate and Contract

Before we build, you get a detailed estimate and contract, so you know exactly what is included. Allowances for your selections are spelled out up front.

4. Construction

Jay Doyle is your main contact from start to finish, and our family stays personally involved in the craftsmanship and quality. Through your client login, you can see your project’s schedule, selections, photos and documents at any time.

5. Completion

We take care of the final details and stand behind our work for years to come.
